Discover Lobo Batangas

February is always my pre-summer getaway with chosen friends  that I normally hang up with. 


Three reasons why summer for me is so early!

First, this is the only freest month and days of my calendar year. Second, beaches aint that overly populated. And lastly, it's my birth month and a reason to celebrate!

Batangas as one of the most accessible in the Metro have lots beaches to offer. One of it is in Lobo. A bonus if you have friends or colleagues that owns a resort. Good thing I have! Thanks to Icia and her family for the wide beach front abode.

If you enjoys long drive on a sharp curve zigzag road and driving along with crazy people, you'll surely ignore how tricky (buwis buhay) to traverse it at night (babae pa driver namin huh, ahaha)! 

Just ensure that you have like Maki along with though how nerve wracking it is for a Wigo to climb up hills and mountains, who'll make a non stop fun of anything. Just to ensure no one will fall asleep over the three and half hours drive.

The long drive is worth the wait!



You will surely ignore how dark will you become, I've even put on tanning lotion (ahahaha)! Since am a water person, I can soak myself up (alone) in the beach for two to three hours under the scorching heat of the sun. I don't care if i'll burn my skin!

Take lots of selfies!


Walk along the shore. 


Goof around.


And, mesmerize with the view of the sun setting in the west!

Bolinao: Boracay of the North

Have your summer kit ready and prepare to indulge the summer feel of Boracay. Put your sunblock on, slippers ready and wear your sunglasses.  Dubbed as the Boracay of the north, Bolinao is gaining popularity to travelers who most love the sand, sea and the sun. Get ready to take a dip. Situated at the northwestern part of Luzon, and is 287.2 kilometers from Manila. With an estimated travelling time of five hours and 30 minutes via North Luzon Expressway, SCTEX and TPLEX. Luckily we all have this road accessible that shortened the traveling time.
